Dear Backers,
After a whole day packing and triple checking orders, ALL US ORDERS were shipped via USPS. You should have received emails with tracking information. It may take a day or two to get updated on USPS website. Let me know if you have any questions.
Due to holidays and extreme weathers in certain areas, US post office may take longer than expected to deliver your order.
In total, 57 packages were shipped by myself from California, including 55 for all US backers and 2 international orders with IN-18 tubes.
The remaining 56 international orders were prepared by Mr. Zeyuan Yan in China and are ready to go. They will be shipped out on Monday (Jan 4) after the New Year break. Tracking information will be available around 3-5 days after that. So please expect an email with tracking no later than Jan 7th to 9th.

Here is another update for the fulfillment.
tl;dr version (in one image)
Simply put, a batch of NDTB4 and NCH6300HV will be shipped from China to me on Dec 26 via DHL Express, and will arrive in California around Dec 28-29 if everything goes smoothly. And I will ship out the US orders the 2nd day after I got them.
For most international orders, Mr. Zeyuan Yan will take care of them directly in China. They are estimated to ship on Dec 28, Monday. It will take a few days to get all the tracking information though.
If you have not completed the survey, please do it ASAP.

It's been a long wait of 2 weeks since the campaign was over. KS finally released the money, exactly two weeks later at 6AM this morning.
I'm sending out the survey to all of you today to collect your shipping address. You'll also be given a chance to add NTDB4 kit or other accessories if you need. Otherwise simply skip.
Please respond to the survey at your earliest convenience so that we can pack and ship your order.

Hello everyone,
Here is a quick update.
At this stage, Kickstarter should have taken the charge from your card. If you don't see it, you still have a few days left to fix your payment method.
I will be using BackerKit for collecting your shipping addresses etc in order to fulfill your order. And I have it all set up already!
Once I receive the payment from KS (by Dec. 20), I will send out the survey from BackerKit immediately. More instructions on that will follow.
